Cancellation Policy

Before Pickup (Full Refund)

Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. No questions asked!

After Pickup (Limited Options)

Once our team has collected your shoes and initiated the cleaning process, cancellation requests may not be entertained. However, you may choose to reject the completed service at delivery.

Non-Cancellable Services

Express services and specialty treatments that have already begun processing cannot be cancelled due to the immediate nature of the work involved.

Quality Assurance & Damage Policy

Damaged or Defective Results

If you receive shoes that are damaged during our cleaning process or the quality is not up to our standards, please report it to our customer service team immediately upon delivery.

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery for immediate resolution
  • We will assess the issue and provide a solution within 4 hours
  • Full refund or free re-service guaranteed for verified issues

Service Not Meeting Expectations

If the cleaning results don't meet your expectations or don't match what was promised, bring it to our customer service team's attention within 48 hours of delivery. We'll review your case and take appropriate action, which may include re-cleaning at no charge or issuing a full refund.

Manufacturer Warranty Issues

For shoes that come with manufacturer warranties, any issues related to the original product quality or manufacturing defects should be directed to the respective manufacturer. However, if our cleaning process affects a warranty claim, we will work with you to resolve the matter.

  • Items with pre-existing damage not disclosed at booking time
  • Services cancelled after pickup has been completed
  • Promotional or discounted services (case-by-case basis)

  • Online payments: 3-5 business days to original payment method
  • Cash payments: Bank transfer within 5-7 business days
  • UPI payments: 1-3 business days
